Don’t worry, we won’t bother you with countless emails. You’ll hear from us when new carriers are added to the app with a one-time discount code, or when we have promotional discounts.

Make sure you’ve created an account, verified your driver’s license, and added a payment method. Then, look on the map to find the nearest vehicle. Click on the vehicle and reserve it. You then have 10 minutes to unlock the vehicle via the FIGO app.

At FIGO, you only pay for the time you use a vehicle. Costs vary by provider. For example, a shared scooter is generally cheaper than a shared car. Good to know: you’ll never pay more for a vehicle in the app than you would with the vehicle provider itself. We don’t charge extra for our service.

The FIGO app displays the same price as when traveling with a carrier’s app (Check, Felyx). In some cases, a ride through the FIGO app will be cheaper. This is the case if you use a discount code or, for example, use the FIGO app frequently.

You can use the app in locations where shared transportation is offered. For example, Felyx is available in Eindhoven, but Check isn’t available there.

Currently, you need a driver’s license to use the FIGO app to use a shared scooter or car. We accept licenses from almost any country! However, you don’t need a driver’s license to use (electric) shared bicycles.

If the app malfunctions, we recommend closing it completely and restarting it. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact FIGO’s support team.

We certainly hope that the service from FIGO or its partners doesn’t meet your expectations. If this is unfortunately the case, you can contact the FIGO support team through the app. They will contact you to see if we can resolve your issue.

When you use it, you’re automatically insured. So, stay safe on the road!

Helmets are required for both 25 km/h and 45 km/h scooters. Helmets are not required for shared bicycles and shared cars.

If your vehicle won’t start or shuts down, we recommend closing your app completely and then restarting it. You’ll likely be able to easily open or close the vehicle afterward. If not, we recommend contacting our support desk (+31 20 261 41 900).

Yes! At the end of the month, you’ll receive an overview of your trips. If you’re curious about your usage throughout the month, you can find it under “My Account.”

This depends on the carrier you use. Most ride-sharing companies are available at least between 6:00 AM and 1:00 AM (some even 24/7, though this may vary by city).

You can park your shared vehicle anywhere within the designated parking zone in the app. Please make sure you put your vehicle’s helmets away properly. Also, make sure your vehicle is neatly parked and doesn’t block any roads or walking routes!

  • Log in to the FIGO app
  • Go to the menu
  • Click on “account”
  • Click on “request account deletion”

After this, your account will be deleted from the FIGO app within 90 days, and we will delete all data collected by the FIGO app. It’s also important to know that we only retain your data for 90 days (in accordance with the GDPR retention period). We retain some data for a longer period, for example, for legal reasons. For example, if you receive a fine while driving with FIGO, we can determine who is responsible for paying it.
